RGSA was founded by world-class boxing trainer Robert Garcia, a name known for developing champions in the ring—and now, for inspiring young athletes on the diamond. What started as a personal mission to support his grandson Bear’s love for baseball quickly grew into something much bigger. Wanting Bear to have access to the best training, equipment, and environment to thrive, Robert built a top-tier facility—and then made the decision to open it to the public.

Now, RGSA is a premier softball and baseball organization that provides athletes of all levels the opportunity to develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game. We are built on values that mirror Robert’s championship mindset: respect, grit, sportsmanship, and accountability.

With experienced coaches, state-of-the-art equipment, and a community-driven atmosphere, RGSA is more than just a training ground—it’s a place where future stars are made and lasting memories are created.
